6. Familiar with the selection and maintenance of coolant.

7. Have a common sense understanding of related work types. For example: casting, electrical processing, heat treatment, etc.

8. Have a good fixture base.

9. Understand the assembly requirements and use requirements of the machined parts.

10. Have a good measurement technology foundation.

The second step: proficient in the application of CNC programming and computer software. In practice, the standard for a good program is:

1, easy to understand, organized, the operator can understand.

2. The fewer instructions in a program segment, the better, simple, practical, and reliable. From the programming point of view of the instruction, I thought that the instruction is also G00 and G01, the others are auxiliary instructions, which are convenient for programming.

3. Easy to adjust. When the machining accuracy of the part needs to be fine-tuned, there is no need to change the program. For example, if the tool wears out, to adjust it, just change the length and radius in the tool offset table.

4, easy to operate. The programming should be compiled according to the operating characteristics of the machine tool, which is beneficial for observation, inspection, measurement, safety, etc. For example, the same type of parts, the same processing content, in vertical processing, and horizontal processing, respectively, processing, the program is certainly not the same.

The third step: skilled in operating CNC machine tools. It takes 1-2 years of study, and the operation is to pay attention to the feeling. Beginners, especially college students, know what to do, but they don’t listen. In this process, you must learn: system operation mode, fixture installation, part reference alignment, tool setting, setting zero offset, setting tool length compensation, radius compensation, tool and tool holder loading and unloading, tool edge Grinding, parts measurement (proficient in the use of vernier calipers, thousands of cards, dial gauges, dial gauges, inner diameter levers). The most effective level of operation is: horizontal machining, and processing of large gantry (moving stern, top beam). The practice of the operation requires savvy! Sometimes there is a kind of artistic conception of “getting a good heart, it’s hard to talk to the king”! In the CNC workshop, you will calm down and practice it! You can't be proficient in machine tools, and this level is too much to pass.

Step 4: Must have a good fixture base and measurement technology level. The difficulty in analyzing the causes of fixtures is that they can only be qualitative and difficult to quantify. If there is no experience in fixture design and part clamping, the difficulty will be great. In this area of study, it is recommended to ask the technicians to do the precision coordinate trampoline. One of the basic skills of machining when accurately measuring the level, you should be able to use vernier calipers, minute cards, dial gauges, dial gauges, inner diameter lever gauges, calipers, etc. Sometimes the parts are machined, and the coordinate measuring machine is not expected.

Step 5: Familiar with CNC machine tools. Proficient in the maintenance of CNC machine tools. The so-called familiar CNC machine tools should:

1. Familiar with CNC electrical components and control principles. Can name the function and function of each component in the electrical box, can understand the electrical schematic. The alarm content can be found based on the electrical alarm number.

2. Understand the structure and transmission principle of the ball screw. It is clear which factors have a greater impact on the accuracy of the machine.

3. Understand the structure of the bearings at both ends of the machine screw and its influence on the precision of the machine.

4. Understand the lubrication system of the machine tool (bearing, main shaft, various motion pairs, gear boxes, etc.), and clearly understand the distribution of each lubrication point. The grade of machine tool lubricants and the normal consumption of weekly or monthly oil.

5. Understand the refrigeration system of the machine tool: cutting (water, gas) cooling, spindle cooling, electric box cooling, etc.

6. Understand the main drive structure of the machine tool and the specific data characteristics between the speed and torque of each machine.

7. Understand the sub-features of machine tool guides: Is it a rail or a rail, and how is the rigidity (bearing capacity)?

8, can eliminate common operational faults (such as: super limit, tool magazine number error, etc.)
